I offer a full range of digital services including: Web Development (custom websites and web apps), Mobile App Development (iOS & Android using Flutter/React Native), UI/UX Design (wireframes to pixel-perfect interfaces), IT Support & Systems (network setup, monitoring), Camera Installation (CCTV & IP camera systems), and Software Engineering (custom software and APIs). Each project gets my full attention from start to finish.
Absolutely. I work with clients worldwide — remotely from Kampala, Uganda. I've delivered projects for clients across Africa, Europe and beyond. All communication, file sharing and project management is handled digitally, so location is never a barrier. Time zone differences are always accommodated.
Yes — for most projects I work as a solo full-stack developer and designer, handling everything from database design to front-end polish. For larger projects that require a team, I have a trusted network of specialists I can bring in. Either way, you deal with one point of contact: me.
Yes. I build cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter/Dart and React Native. These apps share one codebase, which keeps costs down while delivering native performance and a polished UI on both platforms.
Definitely. Redesigns are a big part of what I do. I'll audit your existing site, identify what's working and what isn't, then rebuild or revamp it with modern design, better performance and improved user experience — while preserving any SEO value you've already built up.
Pricing
5 questions
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. As a guide: Starter projects (up to 5 pages, basic features) start from $299; Pro projects (unlimited pages, CMS, integrations) start from $799; Enterprise projects (custom software, mobile apps, system architecture) start from $1,999. The best way to get an accurate quote is to contact me with your project details — I'll give you a free, no-obligation estimate.
I prefer per-project fixed pricing — this gives you a clear budget with no surprise bills. For ongoing work such as maintenance, hosting support or monthly retainer agreements, I offer flexible hourly rates. We'll agree on the structure upfront before any work begins.
I accept mobile money (MTN & Airtel Uganda), bank transfer, and international payments via PayPal or Wise (formerly TransferWise). Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upfront and 50% on completion — or milestone-based for larger projects.
Yes — for larger projects I structure payments around milestones (e.g. design approval, development completion, final delivery). This means you pay in stages as work is completed and verified, which protects both parties and keeps the project moving smoothly.
Yes, always. I offer a free initial consultation — via call, WhatsApp or email — where we discuss your project, goals, timeline and budget. There's no obligation and no charge. I'd rather understand your needs fully before quoting so I can give you an accurate number.
Process
5 questions
My process has five stages: 1. Discovery — understanding your goals, audience and requirements. 2. Planning — wireframes, sitemap and technical architecture. 3. Design — high-fidelity mockups in Figma for your approval. 4. Development — building the actual product with regular progress updates. 5. Launch & Support — deployment, testing, training and ongoing support. You're involved at every stage and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Timelines vary by project size. A standard website (5–10 pages) typically takes 2–4 weeks. A web app with a CMS and custom features takes 4–8 weeks. A full mobile app takes 6–12 weeks. These estimates assume timely feedback and content from your side. I'll give you a specific timeline in your project proposal.
I keep communication simple and responsive. We can use WhatsApp for quick updates and questions, email for detailed briefs and documentation, and video calls for milestone reviews. I send progress updates at every major stage so you're never left wondering what's happening.
Yes — for websites with a CMS (content management system), I build a custom admin panel so you can update text, images, blog posts and more without touching any code. I also provide a handover session where I walk you through how to use it, and a short documentation guide.
To kick off a project I'll need: a clear description of what you want built, your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts — if you have them), any existing content (text, images, products), examples of websites or apps you like, and your budget range and deadline. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can work through it together.
Support
4 questions
Yes. Every project includes a free support period after launch — 1 month for Starter, 3 months for Pro, 6 months for Enterprise. During this period I fix any bugs that arise at no extra charge. After that, I offer affordable monthly maintenance packages to keep your site secure, updated and running smoothly.
Minor changes within the agreed scope are included in the support period. For new features or significant changes after handover, I'll give you a quick quote and we can proceed on a small project or hourly basis. I aim to be the long-term technical partner for my clients, not a one-and-done developer.
I can set up and manage hosting for you on reliable providers. I recommend and work with Namecheap, Hostinger and DigitalOcean depending on your needs and budget. Hosting costs are paid directly to the provider — I help you choose the right plan and handle all the technical setup.
For active clients I aim to respond within 2–4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EAT). For critical issues like a site being down, I prioritise and aim to respond within 1 hour. Enterprise clients get priority support response.
